- Interior Design - Full Scope
This service encompasses every phase of the design process, from initial concept design to construction and final curation.

Through collaborative initial briefing discussions, we develop Concept plans that reflect your brief and aspirations. This is followed by Design Development, where we refine layouts, establish the visual direction and curate preliminary finishes and fixtures.

Detailed documentation is then prepared for Construction and Tender, including floor plans, lighting and electrical layouts, internal elevations, joinery drawings and details, and schedules that provide details for selected finishes, fixtures, appliances, and lighting.

Throughout the build, we provide Contract Administration, offering guidance and support to ensure the design intent is carried through and oversee shop drawings and site coordination. We also manage the procurement of all fixtures, fittings and furniture, delivering a fully resolved and beautifully finished space.

- Interior Design - Focused Spaces
For smaller project scopes, whether the aspiration is to improve circulation and flow, enhance storage or elevate the visual and tactile experience of a room, this service offers focused and considered design guidance bringing clarity and cohesion to spaces.

Existing floor plans are reviewed. Spatial layout plans and a Conceptual direction are established, followed by preparation of General floor plans, Lighting and Electrical plans, Joinery Design and Documentation. Finishes and Lighting selections are made to reflect the project’s visual direction. Furniture, Art & Object curation can also be incorporated.

- Material & Finish selections & Product schedules
Rigorous and detailed selections of internal building materials, joinery finishes and textiles.
Specifying and scheduling products such as Appliances, Tapware & Sanitary items, Door & Cabinetry Hardware and other project specific fittings and fixtures. General and Decorative lighting selections. Window Furnishings specification and fabric selections, layering texture and varying light qualities.

- Furniture, Art & Object Curation
Furniture selections with proposed layout plans. Styling direction through Artwork and Object selections.

Fees
Hourly Rates are generally charged, with an estimated sum of hours provided after the scope of works is established. Trade benefits are applied to products sourced.
